AdsPower Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using AdsPower services, including account responsibilities, acceptable use, pricing, refunds, user data, intellectual property, third-party services, and liability limits.

General service rules

The specific AdsPower services available to you depend on the features, plans, subscriptions, and add-ons you actually purchase, activate, or use. Service descriptions, feature availability, technical specifications, pricing rules, and usage conditions are governed by the official website, product pages, account dashboard, and later published notices.

AdsPower provides technical tools, browser profile capabilities, automation-related functions, and service support. You remain responsible for the content, account activities, business operations, data, and third-party platform interactions that you manage, publish, process, or conduct through the service.

Some services may require additional standalone agreements or may be subject to timing, inventory, campaign volume, payment status, technical compatibility, or eligibility limits. If a purchase or activation fails because of delayed payment or other limiting conditions, the relevant service may not be activated successfully.

Account terms

When registering and using an AdsPower account, you should provide true, accurate, valid, and complete information and update it promptly when changes occur. You are responsible for keeping your account, password, authentication methods, and authorized devices secure.

You may not register an account under another person’s identity, impersonate another person or organization, or use, control, rent, transfer, sell, or share another person’s account without proper authorization. If you discover unauthorized use, credential leakage, or other security risks, you should contact official support promptly.

To protect account security, prevent abuse, or satisfy specific service requirements, some products or services may require additional verification, security checks, or access controls. If you do not agree to those arrangements, you should stop the relevant operation or decline to activate the corresponding service.

Account ownership and usage restrictions

Under these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the AdsPower account and related services. This right does not grant ownership of the platform account, software, technology, systems, or service infrastructure.

Without explicit permission, you may not rent, lend, sell, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise place your AdsPower account under the long-term control of a third party. You also may not use account access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, identity checks, or official payment arrangements.

If a dispute arises concerning account ownership, access control, payment responsibility, or usage arrangements, AdsPower may reasonably require supporting documents, restrict access, suspend certain functions, or wait for the dispute to be resolved. Restrictions may remain in place where necessary to prevent risk expansion.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use AdsPower for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, money laundering, phishing, malicious distribution, unauthorized account reselling, cyberattack, credential theft, spam, or other activities that infringe on lawful rights or violate applicable rules.

You may not use technical means to damage platform stability, bypass security mechanisms, distribute malware, interfere with system operations, unlawfully scrape platform content, reverse engineer core capabilities, overload services, or harm other users, AdsPower, third-party platforms, or the public interest through abnormal methods.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AdsPower complies with applicable laws, third-party platform terms, data protection obligations, and these Terms. If you violate laws, platform rules, or this agreement, AdsPower may issue warnings, limit functionality, delete unlawful content, freeze accounts, terminate services, or pursue liability depending on the circumstances.

Pricing terms

Some AdsPower features may be free, while others require payment. Pricing, discounts, plan limits, trial arrangements, renewal rules, auto-renewal settings, add-ons, and campaign offers may change according to business strategy and will be governed by the pricing page, account dashboard, and related agreements at the time of purchase.

If you choose a trial, paid subscription, auto-renewal service, additional capacity, or enterprise arrangement, you should review the current pricing, billing cycle, included resources, renewal terms, and cancellation rules before confirming payment.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, fees already paid are generally final, and promotional offers may be limited by duration, eligibility, account status, region, purchase channel, or service availability. If you do not agree with new pricing or renewal arrangements, you should cancel the relevant subscription or service before the current billing cycle ends.

Refund policy

Before purchasing paid services, subscriptions, add-ons, or capacity expansion, you should confirm the service content, billing period, trial availability, technical requirements, and applicable refund rules. Unless expressly stated on a page or formal policy, paid fees are generally not automatically refunded for subjective reasons.

For digital services where resources are allocated, capacity is reserved, software access is granted, or service rights are activated immediately after purchase, AdsPower will usually regard them as delivered or partially delivered services. Ordinary refund expectations may no longer apply after activation or usage.

If a refund request is permitted by an applicable policy, AdsPower may review the purchase channel, usage status, service activation, time elapsed, payment method, and applicable law before deciding whether a refund, credit, or other remedy is available.

Termination of the agreement

These Terms become effective when you accept them, register an account, access the website, download the software, purchase a service, or continue using the relevant products and services. They remain valid while you continue using AdsPower or while your account, subscription, data, or service relationship remains active.

You may request account closure or service termination through official support channels, subject to identity verification, outstanding payment obligations, legal retention requirements, dispute handling, and necessary technical processing.

If you violate applicable laws, third-party rules, platform policies, or these Terms, or if your conduct may harm AdsPower, other users, third parties, service security, or the public interest, AdsPower may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and service access.

Intellectual property

The AdsPower website, software, interface design, images, text, marks, product names, functional structure, technical architecture, documentation, and related service capabilities are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Unless you have explicit written authorization, you may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code from, or otherwise misuse AdsPower content, software, technical capabilities, or service materials.

Suggestions, comments, issue reports, bug reports, or improvement ideas you submit may be used by AdsPower for future service improvement, product optimization, feature iteration, and technical development, unless otherwise restricted by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

User data

You must ensure that any data uploaded, imported, stored, processed, synchronized, generated, or managed through AdsPower is lawfully sourced, used in compliance with applicable rules, and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

You remain responsible for the authenticity, completeness, legality, authorization status, retention obligations, and usage purpose of such data. AdsPower does not automatically review or assume responsibility for the legality of all user-managed data, account assets, external platform content, or third-party business materials.

If your data content, processing method, account operation, or business activity causes disputes, losses, claims, investigations, or compliance risks, you should independently bear the related responsibility and compensate AdsPower for losses where required by law or agreement.

Confidentiality and feedback

During cooperation, support, testing, enterprise service, or service interactions, if you gain access to unpublished information, technical materials, business arrangements, security details, or other non-public information of AdsPower, you should keep such information confidential within a reasonable scope.

You may not disclose, copy, distribute, transfer, publish, or use confidential information for unauthorized purposes unless you have written permission or are required to do so by applicable law.

Suggestions, feedback, issue reports, optimization ideas, and bug reports submitted to AdsPower may be used for product improvement, service optimization, quality assurance, documentation updates, and related technical development.

Disclaimers and liability limits

AdsPower is a technical tool platform. It does not automatically assume responsibility for consequences arising from your own use behavior, third-party websites, third-party platforms, third-party extensions, external services, network providers, proxy providers, payment channels, or tools not controlled by AdsPower.

Services are generally provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to technical limitations, maintenance needs, security requirements, network conditions, compatibility issues, and factors outside AdsPower’s reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdsPower’s liability will be limited for consequences arising from force majeure, third-party service failures, account theft caused by user-side reasons, missing backups, service interruptions, data loss, business interruption, lost profits, reputational loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.

Third-party services

AdsPower may contain links, integrations, interfaces, scripts, extensions, tools, external websites, payment channels, proxy services, cloud services, or other third-party service entry points. Whether you access or use such services is your own decision.

AdsPower cannot guarantee the security, stability, accuracy, legality, compatibility, continuous availability, or performance of third-party services, nor does it automatically assume liability for losses, disputes, data issues, account problems, or business consequences arising from your use of such services.

Before using third-party services, you should review their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, data handling practices, and compliance requirements.

Governing rules

The interpretation, application, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the formal legal text, applicable rules, and official policies published by AdsPower at the relevant time.
